the process:
1. INQUIRE: Reach out via my contact form with your wedding date, location, and a few details about your day. I’ll confirm availability and send you my wedding guide so you can explore all the details.
2. CONSULTATION: I'll send a booking link for us to connect via a quick video chat! We'll get to know each other, talk about your vision, and see if we’re a good fit. I'll provide my experienced advice, share full wedding galleries, and answer any questions you may have.
3. BOOKING: Once you've decided to book, I’ll send over a contract, the invoice, and a wedding questionnaire. A 15% retainer officially locks in your date, and the questionnaire is a working document where you can add all your wedding day details into to make sure we're on the same page.
4. ENGAGEMENT: We’ll plan a fun, relaxed engagement session that feels true to you as a couple. It's the perfect warm-up before the big day—and a chance to capture beautiful photos of your love. These can be booked anywhere from a year to a month before the wedding. A location guide will also be provided to give you ideas and inspiration.
5. WEDDING DAY: From getting ready to when the dance floor opens, I’ll be there capturing all the big and little moments that matter most. My approach is quiet, natural, and intuitive—I’ll gently guide when needed, but I'm mostly there to capture moments as they unfold, exactly as they are.
6. GALLERY DELIVERY: You will receive sneak peeks within the week after your wedding day. Your final gallery will be delivered within 7–9 weeks through a private online link, with unlimited high res downloads. Print, share, and relive it all.

Where are you based and do you travel?
I'm based in Vancouver, BC and yes I love to travel! I am happy to drive or take a flight to your location, it will require a travel fee, depending on where it takes place. Travel to Vancouver island, Sunshine Coast, and the Okanagan are discounted.
How does the booking process work for regular photography sessions?
Once you contact me with a description of your session, I will send a booking link for you to select the date and time. After our session, I will send you a proofing gallery where you can select the number of photos you'd like me to edit.
When will we get our photos?
For regular photography sessions I promise a 2 week delivery time. For weddings each package has their own range between 6 - 9 weeks.
